By placing an order, you agree to OxeFit's Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms of Service.

Website XS1 purchases are for Consumer use only. For Commercial XS1 purchases please contact sales@oxefit.com or an OxePartner. Purchase of consumer XS1 for commercial use will void membership license rights & warranty.

OxeFit currently ships in the United States only. Lead time for shipping typically averages 1-3 weeks from order date and may differ based upon geography. For Alaska and Hawaii purchases, please contact our Customer Care team for shipping costs.

When purchasing the XS1 with accessories, an initial 12-month membership commitment is required. At the end of this term, you may renew your current membership, opt for another membership type or discontinue membership. Your membership is activated when your XS1 device is shipped.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Each XS1 purchase comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Customers may return their OxeFit XS1 within the first 30 days upon receipt if not performing to specifications. The 30 day trial covers product refund and return expenses but OxeFit will retain return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that returning your XS1 may incur additional charges for abnormal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or missing components. To claim a refund, the product must be in working condition with no visible damage to the machine, accessories or components and will be based on an assessment carried out by OxeFit. Any damage sustained to the machine will void the full refund and the 3-Year Limited Warranty. If your machine is damaged, your refund will reflect the product price minus the cost of repairs / parts. OxeFit will ask for a minimum of 5 photos of the machine prior to the scheduled return.

Cadillac Reformer

Wow! What a gorgeous piece of equipment- excellent 2 in 1! I received excellent customer service when there was a hiccup with delivery. I would definitely purchase more equipment from Luxusfit.

Excellent product, worth the money

I have had the Pilates Reformer with Tower for about a month now and I love it! It is worth the cost as most private reformer classes are at least $100-$150 an hour so I am over half paid off already as I have done about 30 sessions on the reformer/tower. The machine itself is beautiful, excellent construction, comfortable and, of course, effective. Luxusfit provided excellent customer service and communicated with me regularly regarding shipment/white glove service timing, etc. I subscribe to John Garey (he has an app so you can watch on your phone while you do your workout) and I also use the Pilates Anytime app/subscription. It does take up a lot of room so you need a large room to place it in (you need at least two feett, but preferably more, around all sides of the machine to comfortably perform the workouts). Another reviewer mentioned the reformer is a work of art, and it really is...I love it and highly recommend purchasing this reformer/tower through Luxusfit.
