Refund policy

The manufacturer's return policy applies to all products sold by luxusfit.com.

To start a return, please contact Luxusfit Customer Care.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All products must be unused and returned in the original shipping packaging. Items sent to the manufacturer without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In most cases, eligible returns have to be made at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain product types, such as freight shipped equipment, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to place your order for the new item once your return is accepted. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

The manufacturer will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at concierge@luxusfit.com to reach our Luxusfit Customer Care team.

 

Order Cancellations


When needing to cancel an order, please keep in mind that your order is most likely already being processed at our fulfillment centers. Please submit your request by email to concierge@luxusfit.com, including your name, order number, and product to be cancelled. We will contact our fulfillment center to inquire about the status of your order. Please note that equipment built-to-order cannot be canceled once shipping quotes are accepted and paid. Orders processed for shipping cannot be canceled. In most cases, eligible returns have to be made at the customer's expense. If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
