• The carriers' tracking link is accessible at any time thereafter, either through your order login on our order portal or through the carrier's website.

• Standard freight shipping is curbside, as close to a building entrance as possible.

• Large equipment is delivered by appointment, on freight trucks with liftgate. Please ensure access to your property and supply the carrier with delivery instructions.

• Please request additional services, such as inside delivery, unpacking, assembly and setup, and removal of packing materials. These can be either pre-paid at time of order or paid before delivery, if they are available.

• Please follow our detailed delivery instructions to detect and claim any potential shipping damage.
