Important note about the reformer mat: If the flooring is treated with water-based lacquers, allow at least 3 months full drying time before using any of our products. Only suitable on floorings treated with solvent-free sealants. No adhesion when wet. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Merrithew™ Jump Board with Crossbow combo is designed with curved handles that extend above and beyond the height and width of a standard Jump Board, the Crossbow ensures ideal alignment of the hands, wrists and shoulders in exercises where the user would normally hold the top of the board. The jump board is a Reformer accessory that is often used for plyometric training as it mimics the hard surface of the floor.
